Compliance.
When you decide to start your new health and fitness regime that first step is the most important.
If you are unclear as to what is it you really want/need to get out of it, how can you be the minimum 90% compliant you need to be to see results.
Take the time to sit down, think, and write down EXACTLY what it is you want/need and write down how important it is to you. Keep it somewhere as a reminder. Without goals you are just exercising, not training. A goal turns your exercise program into an individualistic, direction oriented training program.
The best individualized "program" will fail without a clear direction.

Well it doesn't look like we are going to get a summer in Calgary this year.
So don't wait for it any more and get out there and take it.
Now that the weather is getting a little better it is time to take
advantage of all the benefits that only the sun can provide. Just get
out there and make it fun.

The most common excuse. "
Didn't Have Time". Its never really that we don't have enough time, its that it wasn't made a priority.
If something is that
important, you will "
find" the time for it.
When you learn to step back and take some time for yourself, you may
find yourself being more productive, ending up with a lot more time that
you thought you had.

You Are What You Eat Right?

Well kind of. When you fill your body with junk, it only has junk as the building blocks to rebuild with.
What about if you are eating the right things, in the right amounts?
Well you can still have some major problems. It doesn't matter how good
the food is, if you can't break it down and absorb it properly its not
doing you much good.
